Keara Barton is a law clerk in the Toronto Office who works with the Vancouver office Financial Services and Real Estate Law Groups as well as with other firm members across Canada. She specializes in corporate, real estate and security/lien searches and assists with due diligence and compliance work, including obtaining, interpreting and summarizing Canadian and International corporate and security searches. Keara also assists with attending to PPSA registrations and the preparation of other financial services and real estate related documentation.
