Kristel’s background includes legal experience in Canada and abroad. She assists our lawyers in the preparation of corporate documents relating to incorporation, organization, dissolution, amalgamation, and continuance of both federal and provincial corporations. Kristel also assists with corporate transactions, tax reorganizations and estate planning corporate matters.
