Kritika Sharma is building a diverse legal practice in Advocacy and Employment law. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including employment standards, terminations, unjust dismissals, workplace policies, employment contracts, and human rights issues.

Kritika represents clients at both provincial and federal levels, bringing a wealth of experience in navigating court proceedings, Alberta Labour Relations Board matters, and engagements with the Canadian Human Rights Commission. In addition, she excels in negotiating settlements, contributing to public bulletins, and playing a pivotal role in recruitment and training initiatives.

Previously, Kritika served as the Vice-President of the Western Chapter of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers from 2020 to 2022, where she also chaired the Board Governance and Development Committee. Her dedication to diversity and mentorship is evident through her volunteer work as a mentor with the Diversity and Law Society at the University of Calgary’s law school.

Kritika earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where she actively participated in various extracurricular activities. She served as an executive on the Mental Health and Wellness Committee, the Women’s Law Forum, and OutLaw. Kritika’s dedication and legal acumen were recognized when she won the national Gale Cup Moot and received a writing award at the national Wilson Moot.
