Krystel Lim

Krystel is a paralegal in the firm’s Financial Services Group. She assists lawyers in secured lending transactions, both in regional and national levels, representing borrowers and various types of lenders such banks, and private and mezzanine lenders. Krystel’s tasks focus on conducting and reviewing due diligence searches, drafting loan documents, attending to registrations and other security filings, attending to pay-out and closing, and reporting to clients.
