Lisa is a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate Department. She assists the firm’s Real Estate Group and other firm members on a variety of commercial real estate and financial services matters.
Lisa is the lead conveyancing paralegal in the Calgary office, with a focus on conveyances involving projects with long-term land lease structures.
Lisa’s responsibilities also include reviewing various documentation relating to commercial real estate and financial services transactions, prioritizing critical dates, preparing closing, security and supporting documentation, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, obtaining and reviewing various Alberta due diligence searches and reporting to clients. Lisa’s expertise includes preparation, registration and discharge of various documentation at Alberta Land Titles Office.
