Lyndie Charlton is building a comprehensive practice in business law and financial services. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial and financing matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, construction financing, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, real estate finance and secured transactions. Lyndie has experience in both national and cross-border transactions, representing a diverse range of corporations, borrowers and lenders.

She recently completed a secondment with a firm client, where she gained invaluable insights into client operations. This experience enhanced her understanding of client priorities, challenges and internal processes, enabling her to provide more strategic and effective legal advice.

Lyndie completed her articles at McMillan and joined as an associate. During her legal studies, she provided pro bono legal services and interned at the Supreme Court of Scotland.
