Mary Lay

Mary Lay is a skilled lawyer in the commercial real estate group, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions, infrastructure projects, land development, land rights, leasing, Indigenous land development, and regulatory compliance. Her diverse experience spans commercial real estate, supply chain, environmental, and regulatory law.

Before joining the firm, Mary practiced as counsel at a full-service law firm in Vancouver and served as in-house counsel for a multinational energy company and Alberta’s largest municipality, advising on complex infrastructure projects and land development matters.

Mary’s collaborative approach cultivates strong relationships with clients and colleagues, resulting in effective solutions and efficient legal processes.
