Matthew (Matt) DeAmorim is building a legal practice in restructuring and insolvency assisting debtors and creditors on all aspects of corporate insolvency.

Matt routinely acts on workouts, court-supervised restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships, the purchase and sale of distressed businesses, lending transactions, DIP financing and distressed loans and other forms of distressed investing.

During his legal studies, Matt was actively involved in his community and volunteered with the Western Business Law Clinic, providing legal information and services to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. He was also a peer mentor through the Western Law Peer Mentorship Program.
