Maude Colpron

Maude Colpron is growing a diverse practice in business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on commercial and corporate contracts, as well as on the legal aspects of acquisitions and sales of businesses and other strategic transactions or operations.

Maude holds an LL.B. and MBA from Université de Sherbrooke. During her studies, she worked on placement with a large pharmaceutical company. This enriching experience gave her the opportunity to use her business administration knowledge. Maude also completed a study session at the Catholic University of Lyon in France.

A volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada, Maude has provided free legal support to people and communities which face barriers to accessing justice.
