Michelle Wong is building a broad practice in capital markets and securities, with a focus on public and private financings, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also provides ongoing advice to clients regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and securities regulatory compliance.

Michelle joined McMillan as an associate after articling at the firm. Prior to McMillan, Michelle worked on corporate legal issues at the UVic Business Law Clinic, as well as investigation and discipline matters at a professional regulatory body.
