Mikolaj Niski maintains a broad and growing practice in business law and mergers and acquisitions. He assists domestic and foreign clients with the acquisition and sale of businesses, private equity transactions, venture capital funding, corporate reorganizations, corporate financings and private placements.

Mikolaj advises early- and growth-stage companies as well as established businesses across a range of industries on corporate governance and commercial matters, including the review and preparation of complex agreements.
