Mrunal Masurekar

Mrunal is a talented lawyer developing a broad regulatory and business law practice in competition/antitrust matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining McMillan, Mrunal practised law as a Senior Associate in India, specializing in general corporate, commercial law and corporate advisory.

Mrunal has experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and global restructuring. She has advised clients in a range of industry sectors, including technology, aviation, e-commerce and manufacturing.

With extensive transactional experience, Mrunal has offered guidance to clients on compliance and regulatory matters and structuring transactions and strategy. With a keen interest in technology law, she has also worked with clients on matters such as negotiating and drafting complex contracts involving technology outsourcing, software licensing and cloud computing.
