Nadya Goorachurn is a talented lawyer developing a practice focused on litigation and dispute resolution across various sectors, including product liability, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. As a valuable member of our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, she contributes at each stage of a litigation case.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B.) from McGill University, where she benefited from a bijural training combining common law and civil law, which enabled her to acquire a global vision and understanding of the law. She also did an exchange abroad at the University of Edinburgh.
During her law studies, Nadya gained practical legal experience by volunteering at the Mobile Legal Clinic, a clinic dedicated to the homeless and marginalised. Prior to articling at McMillan, she worked there as a summer student.
