Nahid Islam

Nahid is a law clerk in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group and has been in the real estate field for over 15 years. She is experienced in complex acquisitions, dispositions and mortgage financings of industrial, retail, multi-residential and development properties.

Nahid is responsible for analyzing title searches, conducting due diligence searches and preparing comprehensive summaries, drafting closing documentation, negotiating and arranging title insurance policies and preparing electronic documentation for registration.

Prior to joining McMillan, Nahid worked at an international firm with a focus on construction financings for institutional lenders.
