Nick is Counsel in the Commercial Real Estate group in McMillan’s Calgary office. In his growing commercial real estate practice, he advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and development across all major categories of real property.

In addition to his real estate practice, Nick frequently advises both borrowers and lenders on a variety of secured and unsecured commercial lending matters and loan transactions.
