


Nicole Davidson is a summer law student at McMillan. She is currently enrolled in the Common Law program at the University of Ottawa. She holds a Bachelor of Humanities from Carleton University and a Master’s Certificate in Health Systems Management from the University of Regina. Before law school, Nicole worked as a research and policy coordinator and a decision writer for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
As a law student, Nicole worked for the Community Legal Clinic and assisted tenants with housing matters. She also enjoys mooting and was awarded best defendant factum in the Walker Health Law Moot and top advocate in her torts class moot. Nicole worked as a research assistant and completed projects on the legal implications of using artificial intelligence in health care. She is also a writing leader for the Faculty of Law’s Legal Writing Academy, assisting fellow law students with their legal writing.
