Nicole Rozario is building on a broad civil and commercial litigation practice with a focus on administrative and public law, and matters relating to marketing and advertising. She is involved in complex contractual disputes, class action defence and international trade disputes, as well as competition and regulatory litigation.
Having appeared as lead counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Nicole also provides representation before the Ontario Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. In addition, she assists clients with alternative dispute resolution (ADR), acting for them in commercial arbitrations and mediations.
Nicole’s significant experience in class actions includes competition disputes in connection with allegations of misleading advertising, and consumer class actions involving product liability.
