Nina Vargas

Nina is a paralegal in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group in our Montreal office.

She is experienced in civil and commercial litigation, class actions, product liability and construction, and is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting proceedings, reviewing evidence, trial preparation and the settlement process.

Nina also works in the aviation law area assisting international organizations and international airlines in their business relationships with the Canadian regulatory authorities, mainly in respect of regulatory compliance and operational issues.

Prior to joining McMillan, Nina worked as a paralegal and as a legal assistant with major law firms in Montreal.
