I am very excited to be working at McMillan as an articling student. During my summer term, I was exposed to various areas of law and encouraged by the firm’s collaborative and welcoming culture.

While earning my law degree at McGill University, I greatly enjoyed the intellectual challenge of learning both common and civil law concurrently, as well as taking an active role in the McGill community. In my third year, as a senior advocate at the Student Advocacy Office, I independently managed over 45 active cases, representing students in their disputes against the university. I also produced an activist pitch for the McGill Shareholder Activism Research Club in my role as a legal researcher. In addition, raising over $20,000 for several student programs as a French caller for the McGill Alumni Association was one of my most rewarding experiences.

Prior to law school, I received an honours bachelor of social sciences from the University of Ottawa where I was a recipient of the Merit Scholarship and the Dean’s Excellence Award. I participated in various research opportunities such as a field research course in Morocco.

As an athlete in Olympic weightlifting, I am very passionate about fitness, health and nutrition.
