Owen Gaffney is developing a growing practice in financial services law, with a focus on restructuring and insolvency. He assists clients from a range of industries, including cannabis, banking and finance, and real estate. He is also active in the private equity space.

Representing debtors, creditors and court-appointed officers, Owen has gained significant experience in both in- and out-of-court restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Owen maintained a restructuring and insolvency practice as well as a broader commercial litigation practice at another firm.
