Peter Willis is an accomplished lawyer with a diverse practice in project finance, structured finance and financial services law. Advising consortia, arrangers, lenders and other participants in connection with public-private partnership (P3) projects, Peter often assists developers and equity participants in the renewable energy space. He also has many years of experience providing counsel to both lenders and financial intermediaries in connection with the structuring and completion of domestic and international finance transactions.

On June 14, 2019 the Fengate-led consortium Newfoundland and Labrador Healthcare Partners (NL Healthcare Partners) announced its financial close for the Gander and Grand Falls Windsor Care Homes infrastructure project.
On March 29, 2019, the City of Ottawa and TransitNEXT reached financial close on the Stage 2 Trillium Line south extension, a key component of Ottawa’s C$2.366 billion Stage 2 LRT project.
