Rachael Girolametto-Prosen is an Associate with the Financial Services practice at McMillan. She previously served as a summer student with the firm.

Thanks to her previous work as a Research Assistant, Rachael has growing expertise in the areas of securities law and corporate governance. During her legal studies, she was an Associate Editor and the Director of Strategy for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, which published scholarly works by students from institutions around the world. She was also a representative on the Students’ Law Society, advocating for the student body on various policy proposals and organizing both social and student support initiatives.

Rachael holds a JD from the University of Toronto. She also holds an Honours Business Administration degree (Dean’s List) from Western University’s Ivey Business School.
