After finishing my second year at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, I am thrilled to join McMillan as a summer student!
While in law school, I have enjoyed volunteering as a researcher in the Refugee and Immigration working group at the Asper Centre and acting as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Equality and an Associate Editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. This past summer, I worked as a Caseworker in the Housing Division at Downtown Legal Services, assisting my clients with claims at the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science with a Specialist in Psychology and a Major in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. After graduating, I spent two years working in psychiatric research at CAMH and Mount Sinai Hospital, conducting clinical trials testing new treatments for depression, schizophrenia, and post-partum depression.
In my free time, I love reading and amateur film photography.
