Raffaela Testa

Raffaela is a senior paralegal in the Corporate Group at the Montreal office. She assists lawyers with corporate matters including inter alia, the incorporation and organization of entities, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, reorganizations, corporate audits and maintenance of corporate minute books. Raffaela has experience working with not-for-profit organizations and participates in various corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
