Raj Ghosh is a law clerk in the firm’s Capital Markets & Securities Group. He assists issuers, dealers and investment fund managers on registration matters, regulatory filings, public and private placement offerings, prospectus and continuous disclosure document filings, exempt market filings, early warning and insider trading compliances through SEDAR and SEDI, and corporate governance requirements.

Prior to joining McMillan, Raj pursued a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and worked at a mid-sized law firm in Toronto on their securities team.  Raj has experience working in legal technology, contracts management & litigation analytics with a Toronto based software company. He is also licensed to practice law in the Republic of India and has worked with one of India’s oldest full-service law firms primarily in technology and corporate law.
