Ryan Johnson is growing a robust practice focused on advising and defending clients in complex corporate & commercial disputes, manufacturing, consumer, and automotive issues, and intricate oil & gas/agricultural matters.

As a small business owner, Ryan has a strong passion for startups. He regularly reviews, drafts, and advises on business agreements and professional contracts, ensuring that his clients’ interests are thoroughly protected.

Ryan has successfully represented clients in various dispute resolution forums, including the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Alberta Court of Justice, and private commercial arbitrations. An adept negotiator, he has led numerous mediation efforts early in the litigation process, securing favourable settlements for his clients.

In addition to his legal practice, Ryan is committed to access to justice, volunteering monthly with Civil Claims Duty Counsel in the Alberta Court of Justice to help self-represented individuals navigate Alberta’s legal system.
