Ryan Schwartz is a seasoned practitioner acting in all aspects of employment law and labour relations, including occupational health and safety. He represents employers in workplace-related litigation and dispute resolution and advises them on strategic solutions for their business.

Ryan has appeared before all levels of court in Québec and represents employers in grievance arbitrations and before administrative tribunals.

He also assists employers in resolving issues related to hiring, performance management and dismissal, executive compensation, labour standards, collective bargaining and union relations, restrictive covenants, human rights matters, and investigations, among others.

Additionally, Ryan advises vendors and purchasers on employment and labour issues that arise in complex business transactions.
