As McMillan’s Manager, Linguistic Services, Sabine Thuilleaux provides leadership to the firm’s translation team in the Montréal office. She is a lawyer with a background that includes 20 years’ experience in translation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Sabine worked as a legal reviser and translator at another prominent law firm in Montréal. Before that, she provided translation and revising services for a national telecommunications company, and worked as a research lawyer for a national railway company.

With a wide range of experience, Sabine is an asset to McMillan’s diverse client base. Her translation expertise includes corporate-commercial law, securities, environment, administration, public advocacy, information technology and telecommunications, as well as general business communications such as website content.

Sabine holds law degrees from the Université de Paris X (Nanterre), as well as BCL and LLM degrees from McGill University. She is a certified translator as a member of the Ordre des traducteurs terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ). She articled and clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal and has published in the area of commercial arbitration.
