Shannon has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Governance and Compliance with extensive knowledge of domestic and foreign compliance requirements, set up and maintenance of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and sole proprietorships in Ontario and other jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience with registration and maintenance of business and trade names in Ontario and other jurisdictions, coordination of extra-provincial registration and maintenance across Canada, and maintenance of various corporate registrations across the United States and in the Caribbean.
Shannon has knowledge of licensing requirements for businesses in various sectors, including the real estate and insurance industries, and experience in handling registration and renewal requirements for licences as well as communication with Federal and Provincial Regulators. She has managed applications for various types of insurance entities.
Shannon is also experienced with corporate searches and PPSA registration and maintenance throughout Canada and the United States.
