Stephen Abosi is establishing a practice as part of the firm’s Business Law Group, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in both public and private contexts.

Prior to joining McMillan, Stephen practiced business law at another national law firm. He has a juris doctor from the University of Calgary.
