Steven is a senior law clerk with the Business Law Group at McMillan. His responsibilities include corporate due diligence, drafting routine and complex corporate documents and assisting on corporate transactions. Steven has experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law at both the Ontario and Federal levels, as well as experience in complex tax based reorganizations and not-for-profit and charitable corporations.
