Susan is a Paralegal with over 15 years of predominantly Securities experience, working in various capacities for law firms, public companies and the Stock Exchange. With her move to McMillan in 2016, she has changed her focus to Corporate Records.
Susan’s experience includes preparation of corporate and securities documents for both BC and US companies, and filing them with the applicable regulatory authorities. Currently you can find her preparing annual reports and resolutions, taking care of director and officer changes, arranging registered and records office changes and taking care of client inquiries.
