Tania Boulanger

Tania boasts over 20 years of extensive experience in capital markets and securities. She advises issuers, brokers and private equity funds in a variety of industries.

Fluent in three languages , she assists Canadian and international clients with corporate financing, M&A and securities matters. More specifically, she handles local and national prospectus offerings, private placements, underwritten offerings, initial public offerings and normal course issuer bids, mergers and plans of arrangement. She also advises companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining McMillan, Tania spent several years working at the Autorité des marchés financiers. This experience and her keen expertise enables her to bring an in-depth perspective to clients.
