Tiffany Soucy is Director, Strategic National Recruitment and Professional Resources at McMillan LLP. She is responsible for the recruitment of senior and strategic lateral lawyer hires for all of McMillan’s offices Nationally. She also oversees recruitment and performance management of associates in the Toronto office.
Before joining McMillan, Tiffany practised civil litigation at a national Bay Street firm for over 10 years. In her practice, she acted for clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters involving professional negligence, director and officer liability, real estate and shareholder disputes.
Following her departure from private practice, Tiffany worked in professional development at another prominent Bay Street firm, where she was responsible for the professional development of lawyers, students, administrative professionals and staff in Toronto, as well as the firm’s national professional development initiatives.
Tiffany holds an LL.B. from Queen’s University and a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
