I am grateful to join McMillian in Vancouver, BC this summer as a temporary articled student. McMillan has an incredibly talented team of experts in their respective fields, and I look forward to learning from them this summer.

I have completed my second year of law at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. It was a pleasure to meet my classmates, professors, and administrators this year face-to-face, as our first year was completed remotely. I am a member of the Mental Health Club and Law 2.0 Club. Additionally, I am a member of the Oral Advocacy Club where I participated and mentored my 1L partner in the oral advocacy moot.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, and I graduated top of my class. Before law school, I worked in the hospitality industry, for the BC Public Service, and as an international independent business consultant.

My strong sense of curiosity has motivated me to travel to 37 countries where I have lived, volunteered, and worked. When I travel, I enjoy learning about food and dining customs in each country, and I take cooking classes abroad to fulfill my curiosity. I then bring the ingredients, and sometimes cookware, back home so I can cook for my friends and family upon my return, so they too can share in the experience.
