On September 4, 2015, MCW Energy Group Limited (TSXV:MCW) acquired TMC Capital, LLC, which holds a mineral lease related to tar sands, oil and other minerals located in Utah, in consideration for US$10 million. MCW Energy was represented by a McMillan team led by Robbie Grossman (securities).
MCW Energy is a Canadian holding company involved in the creation of oil sands extraction technology.
