Amanda Liu is a paralegal in the firm’s business law group at the Montreal office.

She assists lawyers in corporate and securities matters, including incorporation and organization of entities, amendments, amalgamations, public and private placements, the preparation and filing of continuous disclosure documents, early warning, insider and exempt distribution reports through SEDAR and SEDI, and other transactional matters.
