Cole Bailey is building a legal practice focused on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, domestic and international commercial arbitration, securities litigation and insolvency proceedings. Cole has experience assisting with matters before various levels of court in British Columbia, as well as arbitral tribunals and administrative appeal boards.

Cole joined McMillan as a summer student and completed his articles at the firm before returning as a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in Vancouver’s office.

Cole served in leadership positions throughout his legal education, including as co-president of the Allard Law and Business Society and assistant editor of the UBC Law Review. He also brings considerable knowledge of the start-up industry; he was a legal intern with a local Vancouver fintech company, a student clinician with Allard’s Business Law Clinic and founded a marketing company that services companies seeking to solidify their existing customer base.
