Melissa Spano

Melissa Spano is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Group in McMillan’s Toronto office. She provides counsel on a wide variety of real estate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposition and finance.

Melissa obtained her law degree from University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. During her legal studies, she received numerous awards and recognitions. She was the President of the Windsor Italian Law Association (WILA) and active member of Windsor Law External Outreach Committee, and the Windsor Downtown Mission.

Prior to joining McMillan, Melissa was an associate in a Toronto boutique law firm, specialized in Real Estate Law.
