Rella Tees

Rella joined McMillan LLP in 2019 as a real estate paralegal. She assists the Real Estate Group with solid, reliable and professional assistance, whether it is conducting due diligence searches; drafting documents, correspondences and agreements; performing legal research; communicating with and assisting clients; or anything in-between.

Prior to joining McMillan, Rella worked as legal assistant and paralegal in other law firms assisting lawyers with diverse practices. Besides real estate law, in which Rella worked on matters relating to acquisition, financing, development, lease and sale, she also had extensive experience in estate planning, estate probate or administration, trust, corporate setup, business purchase, sale & reorganization, commercial lending, and litigation. As a paralegal who has quickly built a successful career path, and with her knowledge in all areas of law, Rella has always served the clients in their utmost interests.

While working full time Rella attended school and graduated from Vancouver Community College in 2016 with a Paralegal Diploma. She has almost 10 years of experience working in the legal field, which has provided her with exposure to many areas of law, and she feels it is important to continually increase her knowledge, not only in the legal field, but also in other areas that will enhance her ability to serve clients.

Rella is proficient in both English and Mandarin languages, and can assist clients who prefers Mandarin communication or translation.
