iAnthus closes $20 Million bought deal offering and concurrent $1.5 Million non-brokered private placement

On November 18, 2016, iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. (iAnthus) closed a bought deal offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $20,002,500 and concurrent $1,500,000 non-brokered private placement.

The bought deal offering was completed by a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp., as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, and including Beacon Securities Limited (together, the “Underwriters”). The financing is significant because it is the first bough deal offering completed on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

iAnthus was represented by a team from McMillan that included James Munro, Desmond Balakrishnan, Marina Tran, Herbert Ono and Joni Liew.
