Wipro Technologies Canada Ltd., protects contract in procurement bid challenge

McMillan recently represented the successful bidder in protecting its contract award with Canada Post Corporation in a complex set of three related procurement reviews contested before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and a subsequent judicial review before the Federal Court of Appeal. Wipro Technologies Canada Ltd. was awarded the contract for data centre services estimated to be valued at $100 million. The McMillan team was led by Michael Rankin and Jonathan O’Hara.
