David Debenham interviewed by CBC News on PCL Constructors Canada fraud case
David Debenham was quoted in CBC Investigates news article: “Ottawa Hospital ex-director ‘guest’ on PCL luxury fishing trip.” In the article, David argues the need for internal mechanisms to be established within organizations to ensure “employees are complying with conflict-of-interest policies,” which was not so evident in the case of Frank Medwenitsch, who faces a lawsuit made by the Ottawa Hospital lawyers, who allege ethical breaches occurred during the project bidding process.
