Ryan Walker quoted in Canadian Lawyer article: “Taxing changes”

Ryan Walker, an associate in McMillan’s Tax Group, was quoted in the Canadian Lawyer article “Taxing changes”. In the article, Walker comments on the upcoming changes to the Income Tax Act and how they will impact trusts. Walker explains that “trusts are difficult for the tax system to deal with…these changes are a further example of the government trying to address these unique legal concepts which are trusts.”
