Angela Ouma is a lawyer at McMillan.

During her legal studies, she served as a committee member for the Black Law Students Association, the Student Law Society, the Women of Colour Legal Alliance, as well as Women and the Law. She is the co-founder of Hey Black Girl!, a community organization that aims to empower Black women. She also has experience working in legal clinics assisting with immigration files.

Angela is the recipient of the Esiri Dafiwhare scholarship and worked as a research assistant at the Harriet Tubman Centre.

Angela holds a JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a bachelor of arts from York University in political science and African studies.
