Glen is a paralegal in the firm’s Financial Services Group and has been with the firm since 2000. He assists the firm’s Financial Services Group lawyers and other firm members in diverse areas of banking and secured transactional work.
He has experience in corporate, commercial, banking, mining and real estate transactions as well as extensive experience with real estate based financing and statutory due diligence for wide a variety of lending, asset and share purchase transactions.
