Gray Morfopoulos is a lawyer practicing in regulatory, commercial, and administrative law disputes. In his practice, he advocates for businesses navigating complex regulatory regimes, focusing on international trade, public procurement and federal regulatory matters.

Gray also advises on copyright infringement disputes and tariff-setting proceedings before the Copyright Board of Canada. Additionally, Gray has experience assisting on disputes before the Federal Court of Canada, various federal and provincial tribunals and at all levels of the British Columbia Courts.

Prior to joining McMillan, Gray was a litigator focused on commercial litigation and public law at one of Vancouver’s leading litigation boutiques. During law school he competed in the Jessup International Law Moot and spent a summer working for the Government of Canada’s Trade Law Bureau.
