Jordana Loporcaro

As Director, Professional Resources, Jordana Loporcaro oversees associate and student programs for McMillan’s Montréal and Ottawa offices. In addition to managing student recruitment, liaising, and coordinating with law schools, she provides leadership in the recruitment of lateral hires and performance management initiatives.

After her call to the Quebec Bar in 2010, Jordana practised at a well-known family law firm for almost four years, where she worked on high-net worth divorces as well as international family law issues. Choosing to take her career in a different direction, Jordana then joined a national legal recruitment agency, where she worked with law firms and other organizations, helping them recruit legal practitioners.
