Lily is building a practice in business law with a broad focus that includes general corporate matters and sales and purchases of businesses and assets.
Lily joined McMillan as an associate after completing her articles at the firm. Prior to joining McMillan and during her legal studies, Lily volunteered at Atira Women’s Resource Society through a placement with Pro Bono Students Canada. She was also Co-President of the Asia Pacific Law Club and the Student Director representing the Peter A. Allard School of Law with the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia chapter).
