Working closely with senior lawyers, Ouvedi is involved in a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, prospectus offerings, private placements, reverse takeovers, and securities regulatory matters.
During her legal studies, Ouvedi was a volunteer at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill where she provided bilingual legal information, referral and community services to members of the Montreal community.
